The Karns High School baseball team is a TSSAA sanctioned athletic organization. This season, the Baseball Beavers will begin competition in early March and continue until the tournament season begins in early May. Over the past seven seasons, the baseball team has amassed a record of 139-99-1. The team belongs to District 3AAA and competes against Oak Ridge, Powell, Clinton, Hardin Valley, Anderson County, Campbell County, Halls, and Central high schools. The baseball team is coached by John Rice, an English teacher at Karns High School,Chad Potter, a physical education teacher at Sarah Moore Greene Magnet School, and Chris McDaniel, an assistant at Beaumont Elementary School. The baseball team is supported by the Karns Baseball Club and Steve Harris, its president.
